As a research company, our commitment to advancing inclusive and equitable solutions is deeply rooted in our reliance on rigorous analysis and empirical evidence. Our journey is guided by the understanding that data not only illuminates challenges but also paves the way for actionable solutions.

From October to December 2023, our collaboration with USAID/Armenia Mission showcased this principle as we conducted a comprehensive gender analysis for Armenia. The objective of this analysis was to assess developments in gender-related issues, inequalities, constraints, and opportunities within the country since the previous gender analysis conducted in 2019. The analysis extended to sectors including disaster and risk management, food security, human rights, and electoral and political processes to elucidate the underlying gender-related challenges within these spheres.

USAID/Armenia will use the findings of this Gender Analysis to ensure that its programming explicitly addresses any gender disparities and includes actions to reduce the identified gaps and inequalities to empower marginalized populations in the referenced sectors.
